This corporation is organized under the Oregon Nonprofit Corporation Law and it is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provision of any future federal income tax code.

3.1 The specific and primary purpose of this corporation is to facilitate community based river stewardship projects.

3.2 The corporation may engage in any lawful activity for which corporations may be organized under the Oregon Nonprofit Corporation Law; provided, however, it will not engage in any activity not in furtherance of the specific and primary purposes set forth in Section 3.1 above.
